The University Travel Program is here to provide UBC Staff, Faculty and Administrators with guidelines to make it easier to manage the reservation and reimbursement processes. By booking and paying for travel using UBC’s preferred vendors and payment methods, you are helping to ensure that UBC’s resources are spent prudently and that we leverage all available savings. You are also ensuring your safety should an emergency arise.
